TITLE  Alleviating tension in Lambda CDM and the local distance ladder from first principles with no free parameters

  LambdaCDM is increasingly challenged by tension in the Hubble parameter H0 with respect to the local distance ladder. We introduce a new approach to alleviating H0-tension by accelerated expension as a relic of breaking time-translation invariance by the Big Bang. Our model predicts an unstable de Sitter state in the distant future, while sharing the same parameters (H0,Omega_{M,0}) of late-time LambdaCDM. On the Farooq. et al. (2017) H(z)-data, it recovers the existing H0-tension. In the Pantheon data of 1048 SNe, it further reduces total variation in estimates of matter density over running [0,z_{max}]-intervals by a factor of about two. It points to Omega_{M,0}simeq 0.3707pm0.015 that may be tested by future high-z observations on H(z), e.g., by the planned GRB mission THESEUS.
