Title : Fluffballs and black hole microstates.
Abstract : I will argue that microstates of black holes are the subset of near horizon soft hairs which cannot be extended to beyond the near horizon region. These are certain geometries which are locally described by the same mass/angular momentum as the original black hole solution but are labelled by charges which are arranged under the symmetry group of residual diffeomorphism. These microstates are a specific class of near horizon soft hairs and as I demonstrate, their counting through Hardy-Ramanujan formula reproduces the thermodynamic entropy of the original black hole solution.
