By symmetry principle, string theory suggests the massless sector of closed strings as the gravitational unity. General Relativity has only metric as the geometric object, but string theory has also two-form gauge potential and a scalar dilaton. This difference between General Relativity and Stringy Gravity submerges toward infinity but emerges at ‘short distance’. ‘Short distance’ means a small R/(MG), i.e. the dimensionless radial variable normalized by mass. From this new gravity theory, dark matter and energy problems may be solved. For solving this problems with Stringy Gravity, the SPARC database which has 175 galaxies rotation curves may be based.
